Triticum Press is run by one person, whose life experiences in reading, writing, and creative pursuits have coalesced into an effort to put worthwhile books on the table.

Originally from San Jose, California, publisher and designer Carol O’Callaghan is a graduate of Washington State University. In the collage of life, she raised two children with her husband, John; she has been a reporter, a bookstore owner, a second language teacher, a composition instructor, a graphic designer, and—always—an avid reader. She likes wine, Marvel movies, farmers markets, live theater, baseball, and is incurably passionate about artichokes.

Triticum’s books are sold through this website to maintain low costs and quality control that Amazon is not able to offer. We are working on making books available through Amazon as long as quality and cost can be controlled.
